How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–5 business days, plus 4–8 business days for delivery — about 6–13 business
days in total.
Can I put my own photo on a product?
Yes! On any custom product, upload your image before adding it to the cart. Use a clear, high- resolution photo for the sharpest print.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 3 days with photos and your unboxing video, and we'll send a free replacement. (So please film yourself opening the parcel — it's the only way we can verify a damage claim.)
Can I return it if I just don't like it?
Since every item is custom-printed for you, we can only accept returns for damage, defects or wrong items — not for a change of mind.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship all over India. (Update if you ship abroad.)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, with a small COD fee. (Or “Prepaid only” — pick one.)
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
