Shipping policy

  • Made to order: Every item is printed just for you, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to print, quality check, and dispatch your order
  • Delivery time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Total delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days from order to doorstep.
  • Where we ship: We ship across India, covering 29,000+ pincodes, from metro cities to Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns.
  • Packaging: Every order is packed securely in a sturdy box to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
  • Shipping charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery: Available with a small COD fee (or Prepaid Only, if applicable).
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Lost or stuck in transit: If a parcel is confirmed lost or isn't delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we'll reprint and reship your order or issue a full refund.
  • Delays: Festivals, weather conditions, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order is running late, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
