• By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Products: Everything is made to order. Because screens differ and prints are made using natural inks, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
• Your uploads: You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use any image, artwork, logo, or design you upload, and that it is not offensive, illegal, or a breach of someone else's copyright. We may refuse to print content that violates these rules.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and may change without prior notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Payment: Payments are accepted via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Our brand: The Thalluvandi Kaday name, logo, designs, images, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written permission.
• Liability: Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
